Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of our classes. For private lesson registration, note the exact time slot you'd like to sign up for by typing into the "comments" section of registration form. To pay by check: Fill out registration form and submit on-line, then mail in a check.

Registration is not official until payment is received (does not apply to free demonstration classes). Your spot in a class cannot be held unless we receive tuition or a $50 deposit. Tuition balance is due at your first class. Mail checks to: Children's Music Center, 284 Amory Street, 2nd floor, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. Make checks payable to CMCJP. (checks are not deposited until enrollment is confirmed)

If you'd like to pay by credit card, just write "pay by credit card" in the "comments" section of your registration form. We will email you with an on-line invoice. Credit cards accepted for full tuition payment only.

Our programs are designed to be affordable, and are priced to be comparable to, or more affordable than, other similar programs in the area. If tuition poses a hardship for you, please ask us about financial assistance.
